Job Title
Copilot Automation Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform to fill a key role in our Sydney-based team.
Main Responsibilities
Configure and deploy copilots for large-scale enterprise automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate, integrating solutions across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Leverage AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent and data-driven workflows.
Evaluate and ensure all automation solutions meet stringent security, governance, and compliance standards, particularly in the banking domain.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support for automation solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions within an agile environment.
Key Requirements
6+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate complex business processes and integrate systems.
1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing large-scale enterprise-grade automation solutions.
Experience working with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI within the Power Platform.
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices in enterprise solutions, especially in regulated industries like banking.
Proven ability to work in agile teams, delivering solutions within sprints and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Background in the banking or financial services industry is highly valued.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure would be advantageous.
