Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Automation Specialist to design and deploy cutting-edge automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.

The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation by delivering intelligent and scalable automation solutions for the banking sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and deploy copilots for enterprise-level automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate, integrating solutions across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Utilize AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create data-driven workflows.
  • Ensure all automation solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards, particularly in regulated industries like banking.
  • Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and support for automation solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions within an agile environment.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate business processes and integrate systems.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI within the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance practices in enterprise solutions, especially in regulated industries like banking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile teams, delivering solutions within sprints and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
