We are currently looking for a Head of Financial Crime Operations to join the SkyCity Adelaide Team.

**_ So, what does this opportunity look like?_**

You will report to the Head of AML Delivery and take charge for the everyday management, oversight, and improvements of the Financial Crime operations team. You will work with the Head of AML Delivery on financial crime metrics and reporting, provide leadership and guidance to the Financial Crime team on KYC guidelines, enhanced customer due diligence, source of wealth assessments, watchlist screening, transaction monitoring and investigations.

You will also be required to implement and execute new AML/CTF standards and use data to drive decision making in recommending product changes that improve the accuracy of SkyCity Adelaide's Financial Crime transaction monitoring and watchlist screening programs.

You will ensure AUSTRAC reporting requirements are met, manage senior stakeholders across the group and act as the main point of contact for law enforcement enquiries relating to SkyCity Adelaide's operations.

**_ What you will look like?_**

You will have extensive experience in leading a Financial Crime Operations team with a focus on investigations, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring. It is a necessity that you are highly accomplished in transforming and/or implementing transaction monitoring screen systems into an organisation, building robust transaction monitoring rules and designing dynamic KYC frameworks.
