Financial Crime Operations Specialist

At the heart of our organization lies a commitment to safeguarding against financial crime. As an experienced Financial Crime Quality Assurance and Training Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing quality assurance measures that strengthen our financial crime prevention framework.
This pivotal role involves not only refining processes and enhancing reporting accuracy but also designing and delivering training programs that foster capability across our organization, ensuring seamless alignment with regulations and industry best practices.
Success in this position is contingent upon the delivery of a structured QA and training program that improves consistency, capability, and regulatory compliance.
Given the critical nature of this role, we require at least five years of experience in financial crime operations within the gambling or financial services industry, accompanied by a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and assurance processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective quality assurance frameworks that drive organizational excellence.
