SkyCity Adelaide's Financial Crime team are expanding, and we are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join the team.

**_ About the role_**

Reporting into the Head of Financial Crime Operations, this part-time, 12-month fixed-term role empowers you to oversee key business projects. This role focuses on driving innovation and continuous improvement in our financial crime practices. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies for process enhancement, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating KPI reports for senior management to enable informed decision-making.

In this critical role, you will spearhead operational excellence in the fight against financial crime. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate financial crime risks and enhance our operational capabilities.
