Job Opportunity
This role oversees the delivery of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Services, ensuring high-quality customer delivery and Disaster Recovery readiness.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mainframe and client/server technologies, excellent communication skills, and a background in information systems.
Lead disaster recovery teams in assessing and developing recovery environment requirements and plans for customers
Ensure disaster recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements
Identify recovery requirements for new applications and systems, manage implementation of recovery techniques and review periodically
Maintain monthly status reporting, plans, and other disaster recovery documentation
5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in both mainframe and client/server technologies
Expert knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking
Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
