Role Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled IT Service Continuity Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IT Service Continuity framework and plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing IT Service Continuity frameworks and Disaster Recovery plans, with knowledge of ITIL, ISO 22301, and related best practices.

About You:
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • Proven expertise in IT service management, operational technology, and business continuity with a strong background in delivering business outcomes through effective monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive process adoption across diverse teams.
  • A strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL, and experience with Business Impact Analysis, Risk Management, and Disaster Recovery planning.
