With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team to create and manage a high performing video content that services all our internal stakeholders and regional marketing teams.

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.

The Learning and Development Advisor will play a key, hands-on role in fostering a high-performance culture within Eightcap by driving the design, development, and delivery of training and development programs. This position will focus on onboarding, leadership development, internal communication, objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and performance management processes.

The role will work with the P&C team to align initiatives to the company's OKRs. The L&D Advisor will be integral in ensuring that employees at all levels have the skills, knowledge, and support to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the organisation's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging induction programs to ensure new employees transition smoothly and feel supported.
- Develop leadership programs, provide coaching, and support leadership capability growth.
- Implement communication strategies, manage internal channels, and ensure transparent, effective company-wide messaging.
- Align learning initiatives with company objectives, support performance management, and drive continuous improvement.
- Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine learning strategies.
- Partner with department heads and P&C colleagues to align development programs with business goals.
- Promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion through events and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate P&C records, liaise with Finance on payroll and employment changes, and report on key P&C metrics.

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in a human resources or advisory role.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and P&C best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- An interest in trading, FX, Crypto or general finance.
- Experience with BambooHR (ATS)
