Role Overview
As a Contract Administrator at Mezzainie Builds PTY LTD, you will play a key role in the administration of contracts, organisational programs, special projects, and support services.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and senior management, to ensure smooth project delivery.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration:Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services to ensure all project milestones and objectives are met.
Problem Resolution:Respond to inquiries and resolve issues concerning contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Paperwork Management:Maintain and manage all documentation associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Reporting & Advising:Prepare and review submissions, reports, and data associated with project outcomes, and advise senior management on matters requiring attention.
Contractor Oversight:Oversee the work of contractors and report on variations to work orders.
Office Accommodation:Review and arrange new office accommodations as necessary for the organisation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
Experience:Previous experience in contract administration, project management, or related fields is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyse data and produce detailed reports.
Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, contract management systems).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of construction contracts and project management processes.
