What we're doing
As a SaaS Customer Specialist, your role is a vital support role for our face-to-face sales team, helping deliver product demonstrations to customers around Australia. You will become an expert in our Property Management product platform (Rental Applications in Ignite), and will help customers promote, educate and train staff on the features and benefits.
While no two days are ever the same, you'll be doing:
- Customer presentations-
- Work closely with the face-to-face sales person to prepare for allocated meetings- Deliver outstanding product demonstrations via zoom, helping customers see the value- Collect customer data as required to help with a smooth on-boarding process- Ensure customers understand our services so they can effectively promote to prospective tenants- Learn, understand and evangelise our rental products and services- Help with day-to-day enquiries from our broader account management team where needed- Create dependence of agencies (and property managers) on the services that REA provides through ongoing education and training sessions including demonstrations of rental products- Deliver and help evolve our approach to the education and training of all the key roles (Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Development Managers, Property Managers) within your customer relationships- Identify gap fill initiatives to ensure target achievement
Who we're looking for- Someone with a few runs on the board - Proven BDM, account management, sales experience- Evidence of achieving targets/metrics essential- Outstanding presentation skills - engaging, motivating and optimistic- Rental industry knowledge ideal- Strong Microsoft Office skills - you need to be confident with data- Ability to work and engage stakeholders virtually- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM- Ability to look at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)- Knowledge of advertising and online marketing beneficial
