We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support SaaS professional to lead our customer support efforts and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional service to our clients in the APAC region. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results-driven customer support.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS software principles, experience working with global teams, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer support interactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce issue resolution times.
- Key Responsibilities:
