As the **Reverse Logistics Operations Manager**you will be responsible for coordinating the Reverse Logistics operation for both JBH & TGG, performed by a 3rd party provider, and working closely with the Reverse Logistics providers, JB Hi-Fi stores and Buying, Inventory & Finance Teams to ensure optimised outcomes (financial, inventory).

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Planning & aligning with stores and 3rd party to ensure compliance with process and policies in regard to the transport of returns from each store via the 3rd party freight providers to the 3rd party warehouse, reporting off non-compliance (COR, damaged product, packaging standards, goods labelling, etc.)
- Be accountable for reporting, managing and establishing initiatives to minimise missing in transit goods to avoid loss to the JB Hi Fi Group
- Planning with buyers, stores and Reverse Logistics provider in respect of stock take related activities (including GVR routines, book to book reconciliation, cut-off dates, etc.)
- Liaise & input with the Supplier Returns Manager, 2nd Life Manager & HDC returns Manager re improvement opportunities for return goods processing (as relevant)
- Monitor, report & influence operational expenditure
- The management of both JB Hi-Fi Team Members, 3rd Party Coordination and stakeholder management

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Retail based experience, ideally in Consumer Electronics
- Well-developed understanding of Reverse Logistics
- Well-developed understanding of Retail Inventory systems
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics/reporting
- 2+ years of managerial experience (managing people)
- Possesses a working understanding of Australian Consumer Law
