About the Role

The Reverse Logistics Operations team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Reverse Logistics Ops Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Conducting regular Gemba walks to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Developing and managing training programs to enhance team performance
  • Providing problem-solving support to resolve technical issues
  • Prioritizing customer return issue tickets to ensure timely resolution
Key Responsibilities

As a Reverse Logistics Ops Supervisor, your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless customer returns processes.
