Property Twins are Buyers Agents and Finance Strategists providing Property Search and Lending Arrangements for our clients. We have a 'big picture' focus to deliver property and finance solutions with a step-by-step strategy aligned with client goals to enable their real estate and financial success. Our clients are home buyers, owners and property investors looking to purchase high growth properties and to set up finance correctly right from the start.

We are expanding our team and are searching for a Client Services Manager. We're looking for somebody that has experience in the lending industry, is self-motivated that has an eye for detail.

Our directors come from humble beginnings and were determined to create the best possible life for themselves and their family. Starting with very little in the bank, they were able to build a property portfolio worth an incredible $5 million dollars before their 30th birthday.

**The Role**:

Our Client Services Manager will help ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business's goals are supported.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent customer service ensuring clients are responded to promptly and accurately.
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of each of clients' specific needs and financial requirements
- Creating processes to support the turnaround time of the loan finance process, with a specific focus on client touch points.
- Proactively calling clients, banks or business development managers to oversee the loan process.
- To adhere to agreed service levels and when possible, exceed client's expectations.
- Liaising with the loan processing team and directing client queries to relevant team members
- Managing directors' inboxes and be the first point of contact to respond to queries.
- Following up clients on fact find or data requests depending on the SLA's.
- Establishing and maintaining the client retention process to ensure clients remain within the eco-system.
- Develops a thorough understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate with clients.
- Meet strict deadlines and work accurately to prepare for meetings.
- Responsibility to maintain high service outcomes to achieve and exceed service delivery standards.

- Experience in the banking or the financial sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, energetic and inquisitive manner.
- Proven ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Stays well informed of industry news and trends.
