**The Opportunity**
We have a newly created position here at The Arnott's Group within our People & Culture team As we continue to transform the way we lead, work and build capabilities, we are looking for a seasoned Employee Experience Manager to drive these updates and initiatives.
This role will have an ANZ company wide focus across both our Supply Chain and Commercial divisions and will be responsible for activating, and embedding cultural priorities in line with what we stand for, at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
**The Accountabilities**
- Utilising our employee survey platform, identify areas of EX priority and measure progress. In conjunction with this, develop other relevant diagnostics to measure hot spots and progress of the employee experience
- Review of the employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding to identify the "moments that matter" which need the most focus to enhance the employee experience both across corporate and blue collar groups
- Design and deliver ANZ Employee Experience Plan
- Partner with Business Partners to enable them to design and implement cultural plans for each site and/or function
- Collaborate with the internal comms team to ensure alignment

- Proven track record within the field of Employee Experience in a similar role within a best practice organisation
- Comfortable to work between both strategic and operational (hands on) priorities
- Commercial acumen, as well as comfort in challenging the status quo
- Passion for change and comfort in working within a dynamic, fast paced environment with high empowerment and accountability
- High level of resilience and tenacity
