A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a Local Area Marketing Coordinator to join an awesome marketing team on a full time, permanent basis.

**The Role**:
The primary purpose of the Local Area Marketing Coordinator is to be the primary contact and source of knowledge for the stores in terms of all things marketing. You will advise, plan, develop & execute an array of local campaigns on behalf our stores and analyse the results to ensure successful outcomes and future improvements

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Local Area Marketing Manager in developing & implementing the broader Regional & Local Area Marketing plans and strategies
- Providing support & service to stores as required day to day
- Most importantly you will Project Manage Local Area Marketing Campaigns end-to-end
- Develop & Maintain the LAM calendar of events
- Liaise with stores to develop campaign design briefs in accordance with timelines
- Work closely with the design department and manage the Development & Design of Local area marketing materials
- Ensure accuracy of all marketing materials
- Manage the flow of drafts between stores, design team & buying team (_and suppliers were required)_
- Ensure all content is checked and approved by the relent team members
- Manage the flow of proofs between printer and design team for artwork approval
- Direct proofing of final drafts to ensure content accuracy
- Work closely with our media agency to co-ordinate LAM Campaign media requirements (radio, press, tv etc)
- Manage our printers to ensure timely production and distribution of campaign materials
- Liaise with our mail house to book in direct mail distribution ensuring on time deliveries
- Liaise with 3rd party letter box distributors to book and ensure timely distribution of the catalogue
- Work closely with internal CRM & Digital teams to set up and execute campaign SMS, EDM & Social communication

**Key Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualified in marketing or communication
- Minimum 2 years' marketing and communication experience - _preferably with Local Area Marketing exposure_
- _Retail industry experience_
- Previous experience within a Franchisee group - ideal but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and a passion for customer service
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude and ability to multi-task
