The Local Area Marketing role is pivotal in shaping how the fitness industry connects with members, communities and corporate partners.

This position delivers scalable campaigns, activations and events that align with brand strategy while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include managing marketing platforms, collateral and processes to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across the network.

This is a hands-on opportunity to deliver impactful marketing activity that enhances member experience and contributes directly to the continued success of the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage local area marketing activities ensuring collateral is up to date, refreshed and regularly audited.
  • Manage club marketing requests and inbound campaign/collateral requests ensuring alignment to brand guidelines and ROI focus.
  • Review and recommend efficiencies in workflow between clubs and marketing support function.

Campaigns & Community Engagement:

  • Partner with regional managers to identify effective local marketing channels and develop reusable campaign templates that drive lead generation.
  • Support clubs to deliver community engagement initiatives including local events, sponsorships and club-based activations.
  • Lead in-club launches for group fitness programs and support personal training engagement through targeted marketing efforts.
