Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Developments, you'll support the planning and delivery of tailored marketing initiatives that build local awareness, generate leads, and drive community engagement for our portfolio of villages.About the RoleThis hands-on role will see you working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimise local area marketing (LAM) activities that align with sales objectives and bring the Levande brand to life in local communities.Key responsibilities include:Supporting and executing local marketing plans in line with project sales timelines and objectivesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, referrers, and community organisationsOrganising and promoting local events, pop-ups, and information sessions to engage with the over-65 audienceBriefing and managing the creation of relevant local content, including brochures, flyers, and photographyEnhancing customer journeys by supporting CRM-based communications and tracking key customer touchpointsCoordinating with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and media partners on campaign deliveryMaintaining up-to-date and well-stocked marketing collateral across developmentsMonitoring local marketing performance and contributing to reporting and recommendationsAccess to your own transport will be highly regarded, given the role's local travel requirementsWhat You'll Bring1-3 years' experience in marketing, community engagement, or partnership rolesA genuine ability to build and maintain relationships with older Australians and their familiesExcellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadersProven experience developing and executing local marketing initiativesStrong consumer insight with the ability to translate local knowledge into impactful actionsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activitiesBackground in sales, community engagement or partnership-driven rolesExperience engaging with communities where trust and local presence are criticalFamiliarity with property, health, aged care or lifestyle-related industriesWhat Success Looks LikeDelivery of effective local campaigns that drive leads, referrals and brand awarenessA growing local partner and referrer network actively supporting sales effortsHigh-quality, relevant marketing content and collateral delivered on timeWell-attended events that support community connection and brand engagementStrong collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align effortsWhy Join Levande?
