About the Position- This job involves supporting planning and delivery of tailored marketing initiatives for our portfolio of villages.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute local area marketing activities that align with sales objectives and bring the brand to life in local communities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and executing local marketing plans in line with project sales timelines and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, referrers and community organisations.
- Organising and promoting local events, pop-ups and information sessions to engage with the over-65 audience.
- Briefing and managing the creation of relevant local content, including brochures, flyers and photography.
- Enhancing customer journeys by supporting CRM-based communications and tracking key customer touchpoints.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and media partners on campaign delivery.
- Maintaining up-to-date and well-stocked marketing collateral across developments.
- Monitoring local marketing performance and contributing to reporting and recommendations.
- 1–3 years' experience in marketing, community engagement or partnership roles.
- A genuine ability to build and maintain relationships with older Australians and their families.
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Proven experience developing and executing local marketing initiatives.
- Strong consumer insight with the ability to translate local knowledge into impactful actions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities.
