Our organization is seeking a specialist pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. The key responsibilities include providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care in the clinical area and acting as a resource pharmacist for the particular area of speciality.
Work within Alcohol and Drug policies for the provision of services to the Pharmacotherapy and the Inpatient Withdrawal Unit.
Dispense medications for patients being discharged from the Inpatient Withdrawal Units.
The ideal candidate will have registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and hold tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council.
Job Requirements
We require the successful candidate to be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia or eligible for provisional registration. The individual must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
