Clinical Pharmacy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The selected candidate will provide clinical pharmacy services to the Alcohol and Drug Services team, working in a dynamic environment that requires expertise in specialist pharmacy services.
- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care in the clinical area and act as a resource pharmacist for the particular area of specialty.
- Work within alcohol and drug policies for the provision of services to the Pharmacotherapy and Inpatient Withdrawal Unit, dispensing medication and dosing for Pharmacotherapy patients on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you must meet certain criteria, including registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia or eligibility for provisional registration.
A tertiary qualification or program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council, is also required.
