About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a People & Performance Business Partner to join our team, based at Enfield.
Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, this role delivers value-added HR business partnering solutions and builds people and leadership capability across our WAN & Sales, and Technical teams to effectively deliver positive business outcomes and growth in line with the MAURI strategy.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing hands-on and pragmatic support on people-related issues including talent management, ER & IR, coaching/development, compensation, conflict resolution, organisational development, communications, change management, recruitment support and training.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, procedures, guidelines and processes to provide effective, consistent and timely delivery of P&P services
- Supporting and coaching leaders to develop positive employee relationships and manage their people consistent with requirements
- Demonstrating constructive, inclusive and energising leadership to create an environment that encourages personal accountability, growth and development.
- Supporting the execution of all people related elements of large-scale change/transformation projects
- Driving employee engagement & championing recognition and reward programs.

You will also be a critical support to the wider MAURI's P&P team; driving key people agenda priorities and projects across the broader MAURI and GWF business as and when required.
About You
- Relevant experience in a generalist HR role within FMCG or related industries is required
- You will have completed relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or equivalent is required
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices & demonstrated effectiveness in supporting leaders in core people processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels, internally & externally.
- Highly developed interpersonal and superior communication skills with the ability to work effectively and influence a range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and influencing skills, and proven experience in building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
