We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Performance Business Partner to join our team This role is a fantastic next step for someone passionate about employee engagement, supporting leadership, and driving positive change within the organisation.

As the People & Performance Business Partner, you'll work closely with our business functions as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on key people matters. This role is essential to creating a positive and compliant workplace environment and supports leaders in driving performance and employee engagement. Your influence will help shape our organisational culture and ensure the smooth delivery of strategic initiatives. This is a permanent full time position based out of our Sydney office.

**In this role, you will**:

- Act as a strategic partner to business functions, providing expert advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and enterprise bargaining.
- Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement. You'll help deliver change programs, supporting the implementation of strategic workforce and employee experience initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment and occupational health and safety legislation, supporting business leaders in navigating relevant laws and policies.
- Contribute to the development of insights and reporting for senior leadership and other stakeholders, helping shape informed decisions.

**What we're looking for**:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of HR generalist experience with proven ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders and support them on complex people matters.
- Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations legislation and experience in practical HR solutions.
- A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a commitment to supporting effective, commercial people strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
