Role: HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and GOgetters across the full employment lifecycle to shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture
  • Champion psychological safety and lead proactive safety initiatives
  • Drive change as a key player in the transformation journey
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, investigations, and return-to-work programs
  • Ensure procedural fairness and integrity in everyday practices with professionalism and empathy
  • Support growth of internal talent through succession planning and career development
  • Develop policies aligned with legislation and best practice
  • Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Promote values of inclusion, integrity and sustainability in all actions
Qualifications
  • A degree, ideally in HR, psychology, commerce or economics
  • Five or more years' experience in HR/People & Culture, including 2 years in a business partnering role
  • Experience supporting operational teams – ideally in manufacturing, logistics or waste management
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

We reward in-person collaboration and a supportive team environment. The role requires five days a week in the office with travel across the Sydney metro area and occasional interstate visits. PPE is required on site.

We will move to a modern headquarters in Sydney Olympic Park in the coming months, with amenities to support our team.
