This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 12 month contract.

**About the team-**

The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency. A team of like-minded individuals who thrive to deliver outstanding work to help residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
- Provide specialist advice and direction on learning and development initiatives as well as identifying skill gaps to build organisational capability
- Partner with the business to design and develop organisational and employee engagement programs that creates a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with the business to develop and source fit-for-purpose eLearning modules and other learning resources to support the workforce, including eLearning for compliance, soft skills, and other role specific skills for the Authority's staff
- Lead, project manage and implement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and capability of our staff and people leaders to successfully deliver key outcomes for the Authority
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
- A breadth and depth of experience that will enable you to champion our Learning and Organisational Development initiatives into a newly formed progressive and dynamic work environment
- Working knowledge of a Learning Management System and authoring tools
- Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, adult education, human resource management or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
