Job Title: Business Lending Specialist

Assess and analyze credit applications from brokers and partners across various business lending scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and approve asset finance applications in line with credit policy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret financial statements, tax returns, and bank statements to determine serviceability and creditworthiness.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to clarify and structure deals.
  • Identify and escalate higher-risk applications where appropriate.
  • Contribute to process and policy improvements to drive efficiencies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in credit analysis, ideally within asset finance, commercial lending, equipment finance, or SME lending.
  • A strong understanding of financial statements and business cash flow analysis.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to balance risk with commercial opportunity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
