This includes contributing to ongoing improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance the standard of property use, and helping position the portfolio for future growth within the Property team and the wider Flinders Port Holding Group.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct planned and ad hoc inspections of all port land and property, leased, licensed or used by third parties to ensure compliance with property agreements and port standards and conditions;
Identify and report instances of non-compliance and action resolution strategies to limit exposure to risk and remediate instances of non-compliance swiftly;
Prepare and maintain detailed records, collect evidence and prepare documentation for all instances of non-compliance; and
Support tenants, licensees and other users of port land and property, or key stakeholders with compliance information and guidance on requirements.
