Chief Property Compliance Officer

Our company is seeking a Property Compliance Manager to oversee tenant, licensee, and casual user activity across our ports and land property portfolio. This role ensures tenants and license holders comply with agreements and policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance or regulatory roles, interpreting property agreements, and managing public-facing compliance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of port land and property to ensure compliance with agreements and standards.
- Identify and report non-compliance instances, resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare records, collect evidence, and document non-compliance cases.
- Provide compliance information and guidance to tenants, licensees, and other stakeholders.
- Valid driver's licence
- Compliance or regulatory experience
- Ability to interpret property agreements and legislation
