**About Autoleague**

Autoleague is one of Western Australia's largest and most innovative automotive retailers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, focused individual with a strong work ethic in our small, friendly and diverse team in Midland.

You will be responsible for contacting existing customers of Autoleague, to secure vehicle service appointments. A strong focus on maximising customer retention by building value of our service operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

YOU:

- Outstanding phone manner and communication skills
- High level of computer competency & excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong focus & discipline on maintaining processes and standards
- High level of integrity & professionalism
- A team player with the ability to work in a vibrant team environment
- Experience working in an Outbound Contact Centre achieving set targets/KPI's would be advantageous
