About the Role
As a key member of our Call Centre Team in our Perth contact centre, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility as a Call Centre Operator will be to respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels, with a focus on phone support, along with email and web interactions.
No two days are the same in our busy & fast-paced environment, but your daily tasks will include:
Providing top-tier customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Engaging with customers through phone, email, website, and social media, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Managing a range of customer queries, including online orders, product details, and service-related questions.
Following procedures to meet quality standards and ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal processes.
Meeting performance targets and KPIs to ensure we're always delivering our best.
Completing administrative duties as needed.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need to show us that you have:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a contact or call centre environment, retail or hospitality.
A passion for meeting KPIs and working in a structured, goal-driven setting.
A professional and confident phone manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology—Microsoft Suite is essential, and experience with Genesys is a plus.
A natural empathy for customers, with a respectful and values-driven approach to your work.
