**About the Role**:
This position is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of all Business IT projects. This includes resourcing, planning, governance and successful delivery of operational readiness for all projects and business information technology change programs across JBS. This opportunity will lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Your top priorities will be to deliver value to internal customers by efficient management of business priorities, translation of these requirements into projects, personnel, processes and procedures to deliver these projects and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Particular focus and capability around Process Improvement is a must. You will manage all escalations, helping to mitigate project risks, liaise with key stakeholders as well as actively managing your own project portfolio to deliver a highly capable and consistent PMO.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Build network and team of PMs & BAs to deliver to the scope of the Business IT Masterplan
- Oversee management and delivery on time of all Business IT projects
- Delivering reports to the Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer and key internal stakeholders on progress, milestones, budgeting, forecasting and operational efficiency
- Leading and engaging with major internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth passage of projects from planning to delivery
- Leading on all PMO change activities and providing strong collaboration and best practice on other business change activities where required
- Willingness and capability to step in and lead project or programs where required
- Ensure project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, change, communication and project are delivered
- Accountable for the implementation and maintaining of a project management methodology to drive effectiveness, standardization and discipline in Technology project delivery.

**About you**:

- Expert level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, process and approaches (Agile, DevOps, LEAN, etc.)
- Own and drive project management methodology across the teams to ensure consistent approach to all projects and templates
- Able to develop and implement a strategy for the PMO and project delivery to assist in the business exceeding its IT delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring others on the journey of change
- Experience in Delivering transformation programs
- Ability to influence others at all levels of the business
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans.
