Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation at Toll Aviation? We are seeking a visionary leader to join our senior management team as the Head of Aviation Projects. With 30 projects currently underway and two major high value contract mobilisations, this is an unparalleled opportunity to drive innovation and excellence across our integrated fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and un-crewed aviation portfolios. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our ambitious growth trajectory continues without interruption, and that we maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient aviation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all projects.- Implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.- Lead and manage the PMO team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of aviation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective resource allocation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in aviation project management.- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.- Ability to manage large-scale projects and mobilisations.- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the aviation industry.
