Due to continued growth and expansion, Brandt has an exciting opportunity for a **Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant** to join our high-performing Sales Team. We have branches based throughout Sunshine, Hastings, Knoxfield and Ballarat, and the role has flexibility to be positioned out of our servicing areas.

**About the Role**:
As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling Brandt's range of Precision Technology products. This is more than just a sales role - you'll be a trusted advisor, helping our customers maximise productivity and performance through advanced technology. Responsibilities will include:

- **Driving Sales**: Promote precision ag solutions tailored to the needs of each customer.
- **Customer Training & Support**: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into all customer conversations. Work alongside the Service Department to support growth in the Precision space.
- **Lead Demonstrations**: Deliver expert demonstrations that highlight the value and capabilities of our products.
- **Account Management**: Own the results in your territory and build strong, lasting relationships with your customer base.
- ** Flexibility & Ownership**: Manage your own day-to-day activities, with the autonomy to drive your region's growth.

We're looking for a team player with a strong sense of initiative and a genuine passion for customer success. You don't need to be a seasoned sales professional - we're willing to invest in training and development for the right person with the right attitude.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your role.
- A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Interest or exposure to the agricultural industry is helpful, but not essential.
- The confidence to work independently and manage your own priorities.
- An understanding of the agricultural industry would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships is highly valued, though not required
