We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our precision technology sales and support efforts in the Australian market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and training initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required.
