As an Associate in Lending Services, you'll be the trusted link between our corporate and institutional clients and their financial solutions. You'll ensure their lending needs are met with ease, handling credit processes, lending options, and fund products like a pro. Collaborating with industry specialists, you'll share knowledge, drive improvements, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Based in Sydney, this permanent role within our Institutional Bank (WIB) offers full-time hours and the chance to grow your banking expertise in a dynamic environment.

**What do I need?**
- **Client Relationship Management**- You'll be working with corporate and institutional clients, understanding their unique lending needs and ensuring they receive a seamless service experience. Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships will set you apart.
- **Commercial & Business Acumen**- This isn't just about numbers; it's about strategy. You'll need to understand lending products, financial markets, and credit processes, knowing how they intersect with client business goals to offer the best solutions.
- **Proactive Problem-Solving**- Anticipation is key. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, you'll proactively identify potential roadblocks, propose solutions, and work collaboratively to ensure smooth transactions. You thrive on thinking ahead and finding smarter ways of working.
- **Compliance & Risk Awareness**- Financial services come with responsibility. You'll need a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and risk management to ensure all transactions are compliant and secure—without making them feel like bureaucratic hurdles.
- **Collaborative Team Player**- Success isn't a solo act. You'll be working with internal teams, product specialists, and key stakeholders to deliver top-tier service. Being able to influence, share insights, and support colleagues is just as important as managing client relationships.
