About the role

AM Group, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly motivated Broker Assistant/Lending Associate to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a Broker Assistant/Lending Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our brokers and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and diverse environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to our team of mortgage brokers, including client communication, document preparation, and application processing
  • Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to gather required information and facilitate the timely approval of mortgage applications
  • Assist with the preparation of loan documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to brokers and clients on the status of their applications
  • Contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the mortgage lending operations

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, Also with excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in using mortgage lending software and various office productivity tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide a high level of service to both brokers and clients
