What's the role?

This is a 12-month parental leave cover role based in Sydney, within Westpac's Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. You'll be part of a high-performing team that supports some of Australia's most prominent institutional and government clients across industries like energy, infrastructure, health, and real estate.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service across lending and financial markets products, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll play a key role in managing client portfolios, resolving enquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's confident, capable, and ready to make an impact. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience supporting clients across corporate lending and financial markets.
  • Solid commercial acumen and a good grasp of sales, product, and implementation processes.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge and improving outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to service delivery, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
    Experience working with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
