Ta Team Leader, Volume

OverviewTalent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our team of volume recruiters.
This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
You will lead a collaborative team of high performing, positive and passionate individuals, supporting growth and success at A&G.You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process, ensure team performance, and drive workforce planning strategies to meet organisational hiring needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goalsProvide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team membersFoster a collaborative, high-performance team cultureEnsure team adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and timelinesIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processesAnalyse recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and effectivenessContinuously refine sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to increase efficiency (UKG, Criteria and other systems)Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, L&D, WFP and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organisational needsProvide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open roles, recruitment progress and frontline metricsManage relationships with external partners and agencies including feedback on performance, quarterly review meetings, and collaborative partnershipsOversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring positions are filled in a timely and efficient mannerDevelop and implement strategies to attract top talent across various job levelsWork with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profilesEnsure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processQualificationsTo be successful in this position you will be driven, resilient and passionate about recruitment and people.
You will be solutions focused, adept at problem solving with proven stakeholder management experience.Key requirements include:Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approachDemonstrable leadership capability (e.g., leading projects, initiatives or process improvement) even if direct leadership experience is not requiredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectivesAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve recruitment processesAbove all else, you will have a positive and curious attitude, with an open mindset.
