About the role
Our Western Australian branch (located in Forrestfield) has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis, working 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the WA State Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with our existing and new customers and internal stakeholders
Processing orders, compiling quotations, managing customer projects and liaising with our manufacturing department
Having the ability to identify and improve upon our existing processes
Proactively identifying new customers and ensure they understand what TriCab is about, offering product guidance with a clear solution to our customer needs
Maintaining accurate inventory for the branch, ordering, running reports and working in the warehouse as required
About you
We are looking for someone who can connect with customers and support our WA Sales team with administration and customer service expertise.
The ideal candidate will be:
A Team Player and problem solver, who is able to work under pressure with accuracy
An efficient self-starter with a natural ability to empathise, connect and respond in a genuine and caring tone to customer enquiries
Strong with administrative skills, with the ability to complete general administration duties, data entry, preparation of quotations, input of purchase orders and support various team members
An energetic multitasker that can maintain high levels of concentration, diligence, and attention to detail throughout the day
Possessing an ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service
If you are a reliable, motivated, customer service whizz, who can assist us with online sales, responding to customer enquiries (online and via phone) and can complete a wide range of admin and customer service-based tasks, this role may be for you
