Civil Supervisor - Urban

Golding have an exciting new residential subdivision on the North of Brisbane/ Caboolture and are recruiting for an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead the site crew

**Key requirements**:

- Provide supervision of crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace
- Manage site safety and environmental compliance
- Manage sub-contractors
- Planning and coordination of resources to meet project objectives
- Ability to integrate engineering and construction methodologies
- Experience in structural concrete on Civil Construction sites
- Read and interpret drawings and surveys
- Ability to work hands on if required
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
