**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience of supporting and managing IT systems on cloud
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure Active Directory
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience with Service Now administration (Advantageous)
- Experience with AWS (Advantageous)
