The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents.
It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds, gardens of the property, amenities cleaning, BBQ's cleaning, park maintenance, and rubbish removal.
Must have a high standard and a good eye for detail.You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including some weekends and possibly public holidays.As a Grounds & Maintenance all rounder, you will:Ensure immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping.Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.Servicing splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance.Maintenance and cleaningof public areas and facilities.Assist with gardening projects, or basic mechanical repairs and paintingESSENTIALFirst Aid Level 2 - (Can train if you require)Current CPR - (Can train if you require)National Police Check clearance upon on boardingWorking with Children's Check or equivalentExperience in a similar roleExperience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand toolsWell-developed communication and organization skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with management in a professional mannerDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasksDemonstrated ability to work with limited supervisionThe CompanyBelgraviaPROis a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the company's successful RTO.Park management presents exciting, flexible and highly rewarding careers.
