Overview

Guest Services Officer NSW, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park – North Narrabeen, NSW 2101. BelgraviaPRO is hiring for this role at Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, located where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach. The park offers a variety of accommodation types and leisure facilities, and BelgraviaPRO manages the operation.

Employment type: Multiple Casual position.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Assist with administrative and hospitality tasks, including cleaning guest cabins, amenities and common areas.
  • Support with day-to-day park operations and guest experience.
  • Ensure timely cleaning and presentation of facilities and accommodation units.
  • Work as part of a team in a dynamic, growing environment.
About You
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and available to work over a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Excellent customer service and professional, personable telephone manner.
  • Willingness to learn and apply BelgraviaPRO systems and processes.
  • Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions; good computer skills; experience with computerised booking systems is desirable.
  • Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • First Aid Level 2
  • Current CPR
  • National Police Check clearance on onboarding
  • Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent
Desirable
  • RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
