Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is managed by BelgraviaPRO and offers a location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach.
Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding, with a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents.
The park features play areas and amenities blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen facilities.This will be an ongoing full-time role.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and gardens, amenities cleaning, BBQ cleaning, park maintenance, and rubbish removal.
A high standard and good eye for detail are required.
You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7-day roster including some weekends and possibly public holidays.As a Grounds & Maintenance All Rounder, You WillEnsure immaculate presentation and maintenance of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping.Provide incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.Service the splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance.Maintenance and cleaning of public areas and facilities.Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.EssentialFirst Aid Level 2 (training available if required)Current CPR (training available if required)National Police Check clearance on onboardingWorking with Children Check or equivalentExperience in a similar roleExperience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand toolsWell-developed communication and organization skillsAbility to interact with management professionallyAbility to prioritise tasksAbility to work with limited supervisionThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specializing in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
