The Project Support Officer helps to ensure that projects under programs of work deliver on their assurance responsibilities including forward planning and coordinating key governance milestones.
- Develop, maintain and implement effective and consistent program governance and assurance processes/guidelines.
- Assist and support projects to embed consistent program governance and assurance processes and systems across the team.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of meeting agendas and distribution of minutes and action items.
- Assist in the support of project management, including the coordination, tracking and monitoring of progress reports.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to enhance project governance and assurance practices.
- Support relevant stakeholders in managing and resolving any project governance and/or assurance risks and issues that may arise.
- Assist in the monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved plans.
- Provide project support to the Director and Program Managers to ensure efficient delivery of project outcomes.
- This role reports to the Director / Program Manager and has no direct reports.
