You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Lamberts Manager, and Head Chef to deliver unforgettable dining and event experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak service periodsLead daily operations at Eagles Nest Brisbane and event spacesDeliver high-quality functions and events from set-up to executionRecruit, train, and develop the F&B teamOversee budgets, stock control, and pricing strategiesDrive continuous improvement and competitive positioning in the marketBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partnersManage employee rosters, timesheets and leave requestsAbout YouWe are looking for a professional with:Certificate IV in Hospitality (Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management highly regarded)Current RSA, RMLV, and Approved Manager's LicenseProven management experience in premium food & beverage operations (hotel experience preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving innovationWhy Join Us?
