The Role:

We seek a skilled Bars Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our rooftop bar and oversee events across the property. This is a leadership role within our Food & Beverage Department, with accountability for financial performance, cost control, staff leadership, and compliance.

This position requires innovation, efficiency, and service excellence. As a key driver, you will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Lamberts Manager, and Head Chef to deliver unforgettable dining and event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak periods.
  2. Lead daily operations at Eagles Nest Brisbane and event spaces.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in managing budgets, stock control, and pricing strategies.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and competitive positioning in the market.
  5. Banquet Lead function is responsible for coordinating set-up execution and management of all banquets.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management highly regarded).
  • Current RSA, RMLV, and Approved Manager's License.
  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably hotel-based.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
