Great new opportunity for an experienced Airfreight Officer with sound industry experience. Joining an experienced team, you will be based in house with your allocated client where you will be responsible for expediting efficient operations on behalf of your employer for all forwarding requirements.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Arrange export & import shipments, on all service levels to meet the customer expectations
- Monitor shipments and update all tracking information
- Arranging transportation to complete the shipment requirements
- Handle Warehouse Inventory dispatches within the specified deadlines
- Ensure Export and Import processes are completed in compliance with AU regulations and procedures
- Liaising with oversea offices
- Raise invoices to customer
- Ensuring all billing is carried out within a timely fashion
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Adhere to A.A.C.A security requirements, report any non-conformance that is identified

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Industry experience
- Dangerous Goods Compliant an advantage
