**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Export Operator to join our team in Westmeadows, Victoria, Australia.

As the Export Operator, you will:

- Receive/confirm bookings from Shipper's.
- Confirm and book shipments with preferred carriers and register shipment in CargoWise1
- Source airfreight rates and allocations/BSA's from preferred airlines and arrange corresponding road transports.
- Lodge EDN ensuring compliance and produce all necessary export documentation
- Maintain organisation details in CargoWise1 and complying with all relevant legislation and policies.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 3 years Export Airfreight / Freight Forwarding experience
- Must have CargoWise1 experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- IMDG code training required
