We are seeking a skilled export airfreight operations professional to join our team. As an export airfreight operations specialist, you will be responsible for handling files from order through to delivery at the destination port.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing files throughout the entire logistics process
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external suppliers
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Ensuring accurate costing and invoicing for each file
- Collaborating with the commercial team on client visits
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in export airfreight operations
- Previous hands-on experience in freight forwarding
- Experience working closely with key clients
- Able to maintain commercial relationships
- A willingness to assist and cross-train in imports and cartage operations (as required)
As an export airfreight operations specialist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with National Managers, receive ongoing training, and enjoy a Tullamarine location with parking.
